| The conductor is riding the end platform of the last well car on a long backup move. This train is going to head south on the CN but due to congestion on the former EJ&E the connection track in the yard was already occupied adn it had to pull up to the tower on track two. It pulled forward to clear the crossover an then back up the Belvidere linw in order to pull onto the CN |
